Mary's personal training packages start where you are and take you where you want to be FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Via Zoom or in Novato, CA, we'll assess where you are and make a plan to reach your goals.

Tuesdays, 9:30 – 10:30 PST
This small group class offers progressive strength exercises with a focus on learning and using proper form with individual feedback offered. 60-minutes in length, the class includes warm-ups to improve your joints movement, cardio for cardiovascular endurance, strength to build muscle, balance for stability, agility to move better and faster, and stretching for mobility.

Group Support Included
10:30-11:00 PST
Fitness is more than just exercise. Group check-in is an option after class. The group offers accountability, connection, and education relating to a variety of wellness topics. We each check-in and support each other’s progress.
