New workouts! Check them out. The workouts are part of a series, beginning, intermediate and advanced, developed by Dr. Alyssa Kuhn , Keep the Adventure Alive, and me. Both workouts are short, 10 minutes or less, or can be performed more than once for a more rigorous workout. The exercises include strength, balance and core and they'll get your heart rate up, too. We're a perfect team! Dr. Kuhn's is to help people struggling with #arthritis to put more adventure back in their lives, and mine is to help people develop #strongmuscles to move better while they're doing those adventures!
