The CHALLENGE consists of workouts and eating well. That’s it. 4 Weeks. More specific details are in the eBook sent to participants.
The Calendar is an essential part of the Challenge, accountability! It's an easy assignment. Get a blank calendar page and fill in your plan for May.
The Exercise Challenge: workout 5-6 days per week, any movement, any amount of time counts (Recommended: 2 – 3 weekly strength sessions; cardio with intensity on other days)
· Write in your workouts now, the specific time and if necessary, a workout alternative on days you think might get dicey (see my calendar)
· Post it in the forum if you have the nerve
Healthy Eating Plan: Pick one.
Track your food on My Fitness Pal or on paper (see Challenge eBook for how)
Follow the #800 Gram Challenge (the interview with E C Synkowski will tell you how to get started)
Write your goals at the top of calendar: Write how many days you’ll exercise, and what food plan you’ll be following.
Keep track for four weeks beginning May 5th: Give yourself an ❌ for following your food plan and a ✅ for working out
The Fitness Challenge is offered through the Revel Community. Signing up for one of the April interviews or for the upcoming workouts on the four Mondays in May will put you in the Challenge.
