WORKOUT # 7 - a workout to do at home with a chair and some dumbbells.

Here's a workout. I put together for one of my clients then decided to post it on my YouTube Channel. This is Workout #7. The workout includes:

  1. Great view of my garage

  2. Warmup for activation and mobility

  3. 25 minute strength workout

  4. Stretches

The commitment? 33 minutes and 11 seconds.

My YouTube Channel includes 6 other workouts, two I did jointly with physical therapist Dr. Alyssa Kuhn, plus one demonstration of an exercise to do with a Bootie Band.
